GRAD NIGHT: We are very excited about GRAD NIGHT 2008!!! Held at Uintah High School, this new tradition is an incredible, high-energy, alcohol & drug-free all night celebration that we the parents put on for our graduates. All 2008 graduates of Uintah High School are invited.
The celebration begins at 9:00 p.m. after Uintah High School graduation ceremony and goes until 5:00 a.m. the following morning. Grad Night kicks off with the dance for all 2007-08 students-- sophomores, juniors, and SENIORS from 9:00-11:30! At midnight the seniors will go into the school to continue their celebration and the sophomores and juniors will go home.
Once Seniors enter the high school, they should remain until breakfast at 5:00 a.m. If a student leaves, he/she WILL NOT be permitted back in, the same as school dance policy. If a student chooses to leave, parents will be notified by a phone call.
One specific of Grad Night (The Theme) will be kept secret from our graduating seniors. However, the games & shows, activities and entertainment, all the great food, and the many raffle prizes will be shown on morning announcements beginning the last week of April. We hope to have 100% of our seniors attend!
Reservations for Grad Night are currently $25, although the price will increase to $35 after May 5, 2008. This one price includes everything - the 2008 Grad Night T-Shirt (ticket into activities), the entertainment & activities, an array of foods, drinks, dancing, and many opportunities to win great prizes!!! KINDERGARTEN WALL: One of the fun components of Grad Night is the Kindergarten Wall. Have your Senior included! Send in his/her Kindergarten picture, wallet size if possible, with their name penciled on the back, so they can be included on "the wall". Include a self addressed stamped envelope if you wish to have the photo returned. Also, you may include your picture with your reservation form to save time.
SIGN UP TO HELP: This amazing evening will not happen without the many hours of effort, lots of support from the community, donations from local businesses, and lots of volunteer time from the parents! This year's steering committee has started the process, and we want you to join us!
